I had repairs done previously to another vehicle, and was very satisfied. This time I needed a small dent removed from the back of my vehicle, which included replacing all the lettering and repainting the hatch. I was given an estimate, but was then charged almost $250.00 more. After a couple of days, I realized that the lettering was reversed on the back of my vehicle. I contacted the company and was told that the owner was not there that day, but that someone would call me back the next day. Nobody contacted me, it has been a week now. It took them 2 weeks to finally cash my check, and I still waiting to get that phone call to repair my car to the right standards.
