There was no contact information for the owner or anyone so he went to the business next door and they didn't know so we called another cleaner close by and they said that stuff happens all the time and people call them because they can't reach the owner.
My husband went in there this morning to wash our king size quilt in the commercial washer. When it finished washing, he went to get it out of the machine and couldn't get it open. It gave him a message "Cannot open".
It's pretty poor business practice if you ask me to put your customers in that kind of a position. They're lucky we didn't have to contact the police or damage the machine to get it out.
