After waiting one hour and 15 minutes, I went to the restroom. When I came out, two women who came in after me were being waited on. I told the worker the wait had been 45 minutes longer than he told me it would be. He said I was next. I told him never mind. After seeing how nasty the toilet was, obviously it had not been cleaned in a while because there was a mold stain at the water line, I determined that I didn't want their services. I mentioned the nasty toilet and he said he hadn't been in there today and that it was a public toilet. REALLY?!? I told him I would not be back. He didn't seem to care, and why should he. Obviously the ladies of Leitchfield know this is the only game in town. I will take my business to a salon that understands Good customer service and cleans its toilets.
I have been going here since they opened. Very nice and friendly! My nails are always perfect. The atmosphere is very relaxing.
I've came here 3 times on a Saturday and they been closed before 5 business hours are till 7
