I think 1 star is being generous. I had visited almost 3 weeks ago after I had been in an ATV accident. I had a 1/2 inch cut on my knee that needed stitches. After sitting in the room for an hour someone finally came in to see what was going on and what I needed. The doctor that was there must have been at the end of his shift because he wasn't all there. I told him about my cut and how banged up my knee was, I also told him about the bump on my head from hitting that I'd like to have a test done to make sure everything was okay. Another hour had passed and a nurse came to take me to get an X-ray for my knee, the doctor didn't order a test for my head. After a few more hours a woman finally came to stitch my knee and she didn't clean it out. I didn't think about it until I got home and visited my doctor 2 days later and he said it was infected. After being there for almost 5 hours to get 7 stitches they finally discharged me. 12 days after the accident I was able to get the stitches out. When they were taken out the cut hadn't closed all the way. He said that the way that they stitched it didn't allow for good skin to come together. If you happen to have an emergency I would not recommend this hospital. Rude nurses, oblivious doctors and a huge waste. You're better off driving another 45mins-1hr
Wonderful knowledgeable and skilled therapy staff, I was able to get all 3 therapy services (OT, PT and ST) for my family member in one location. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Grayson County for therapy!
