Please note, I am not one to rant needlessly. This is a personal testimony to the things I witnessed. These are facts, and only a brief opinion of the legal assistant. I am writing this to serve as a warning and hopefully help someone else avoid the frustration and disappointment.

Please do NOT hire this person as your attorney. First I am the fiancé of a client of Earlene's and have experienced the following items personally: We rarely spoke with/worked with Earlene. She is never available and was mostly unhelpful within the courtroom, not objecting to anything (or standing up for her client in any way). She was even late to court with a vital document, handed it to her opposing attorney, and proceeded to leave before her client was even called to the stand! My fiancé literally represented herself in court. To make matters worse, her paralegal/legal assistant is absolutely atrocious. She continually lied to a client about Earlene's whereabouts, court dates/times/locations and evaded responsibility in getting a single parenting agreement written over a period of 8 months. Something that could have been done, out of court, in under a week. Her attitude over the phone was severely lacking in any form of empathy or resemblance of understanding. Simply put, there is a way to speak to people and a way not to; she chose the latter regularly.

Final opinion: This law office is an absolute disgrace to the legal community and deserves thoughtful investigation by the KY Bar Association.
