Worst Gattis I've ever visited. The pizzas are not good. The desserts are worse. The decor makes you feel like you're eating in a warehouse. Friendly staff, just bad food and an ugly interior.
While he was talking to that lady i noticed a huge bug crawling around on the floor!!! I killed the bug since it was about to crawl up my nieces leg!
My dad went up and spoke to the same lady about a refund and said they didn't have any way to refund money and that it didn't matter because we paid for the pizza. The drink came with the buffet and that's included in the price...
Went to Gatti's in Lietchfield, KY at around 7 PM with my family. I first noticed that the plates were empty then the drinks were all empty, even though the others didn't have a sign on them...
Asst. Manager was rude. Then some guy that was working come around and said he had a 10 min. Break and started crowding me as i was at the buffett acting like i was in his way?? Then his (10 min.) turned in to the whole time i was eating 30 to 40 min. It was 3:30 in the afternoon and the buffett was damn near bare. Very disappointing beens my family and myself rarely eat out!!
Questioned the shift manager about the drinks and said that they were in the process of switching to Coke products and did NOT apologize for the inconvenience! It is not the customers issue that you are switching and not the customers responsibility to pay for a product/service they did NOT receive!
Then we were sitting there talking about all the issues when my dad said that a girl at the oven just wiped her glove across her mouth. We all proceeded to look over and she stuck her finger in her mouth! Then proceeded to touch the food
The food was fresh, and the people working there were very friendly and did a good job keeping the place straightened up during the most recent visit. The salad offerings are good, and they have a lot of options with the pizzas, but I just don't care for the taste of their Pizza. If you like Mr Gatti's this location is an excellent place to visit, the food was very reasonable at around $8 including tax for an adult Buffet. I won't count off any stars for the fact that I don't like the taste of their pizzas as that is a personal opinion and preference, but I did only give 4 stars because several times I have visited the dining area was very messy and there was food all over the floor. During slow times there is often not good selection with the pizzas but they will make whatever type of pizza that you request if you are willing to wait for it. It is a very popular place with families with small children and that is probably the cause of a lot of the food on the floors. Overall it is a good place to go when you are on a budget and have a group that likes Pizza.
Well, the pizza was pretty good but we had to stand for five minutes because there weren't any open tables. You would think that, from a safety perspective, they would limit the number guests entering the restaurant to a safe limit but, apparently, that's not the case.
