My visit was very good the cashier was very polite and helpful and wish their was more like her

I don't understand why nobody can just take an order and get it right anymore. This Taco Bell is no different. The food was not made right. 3 stakers with spicy ranch turned into 3 breakfast stakers without the spicy ranch. What a bummer as I was wanting some taco meat and a egg and ton of cold cheese. What is more crazy is this was handled via the manager at the window. Very nice and friendly lady but this means nothing without my order being correct. Also as a side note. When did we have to start asking for napkins? As I wasn't aware of a napkin shortage going on in the food industry today.
