I took my prescription to see how much it would cost to be filled. It was very expensive and I decided not to fill it there. THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME MY PRESCRIPTION BACK and where I want to fill it needs the original. In order to have it filled, I would have to see my doctor a second time. I am essentially out $300. It was a non-narcotic, I really don't see why I cannot regain possession of a prescription written to me. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME AT THEIR STORE.
This is the worst Rite Aide ever! It takes FOREVER to get scripts filled! Count your pills! I have been shorted at least twice!!! The staff turnover seems to be high! Alot of people complaining when you go in the store!!!!
I went to pick up medicine and the guy came up and said can I help you so I told him what I needed and gave him the medical card. He said okay and walked away and I heard him say can someone come help me with this. Nobody ever came. i heard them talking and laughing on the other side of the room. 10 minutes went by before he came back. He came back and frisbee tossed the card at me. And was rude the rest of the time. I do not recommend this pharmacy.
Horrible the guy in front of me got the wrong amount of change back & she thought she was right. The lady is so slow at the counter and acts like everyone got the time in the world
